MY STORY

 

Directly out of college, I landed a job with a finance company which provided home loans. I learned the ins-and-outs of leading and about home loan products that are invaluable to potential home owners. This inspired me to invest in real-estate by purchasing my first home (at age 24).

With every passing day, I found myself enjoying every opportunity to better my home, developing my carpentry/remodeling skills, and thus growing my home's value and equity.

​

Eventually I decided to leave my finance job in order to learn more about how to remodel and flip homes for a profit.

​

After working with several real-estate agents for my own personal investments, I realized they could not offer me some of the knowledge and expertise that I had. For example, "what to put into a property to get to the next level of profits" nor "creative avenues to gain money by investing in real-estate". 

​

Which is why after assisting in numerous remodels as well as purchasing and renovating a few homes on my own, I decided to become a real estate agent/broker so that I could help others get the most out of their investments.

MY PASSION

 

I am passionate about assisting people to find the best value in their property and helping others find a property that they (and their family) can love that has great value.

 

My journey has given me a keen eye and sharp ability to see a homes worth as well as bring to the buyer’s attention any RED FLAGS worth noting before purchasing.
